Through competition we learn and struggle together understanding perseverance makes us stronger. The friendships and bonds made in the process help us persevere when times get hard and outcomes are bleak, remember to play with passion and for each other.  As we pull together to support each other, we are reminded that the pack is strongest when focused and unified.  Setting high standards and holding each other accountable reminds us we all owe the team, so be selfless and give more than you take.  Enjoy the process and embrace a growth mindset – this is how we overcome, progress and achieve!
